Method of preparation:
Peel the cucumbers and deseed the pepper. Mix all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. Optionally, you can add pepper if you prefer to combine the hot and spicy taste.

2. Cucumber smoothie with banana and pineapple
– A medium sized cucumber, chopped slices
– A baked banana
– A cup of pineapple cubes

– A quarter of a cup of coconut milk
– Half a glass of water
– Juice and zest of a lemon
– Some green leaves you have at your disposal – spinach, kale, stevia
– Ice cubes
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in the blender or smoothie maker at full speed until you get a creamy consistency drink. You can add water or coconut if you prefer it to be thinner or ice and banana if you prefer it creamier. It is ideal to consume it fresh, but you can also keep it in the refrigerator, covered, about 24 hours.

3. Cucumber smoothie with blueberries
– 2 large cucumbers or 4 smaller cucumbers
– A cup of coconut milk
– A cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
– A teaspoon of lemon juice
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in the blender or smoothie maker. You can add, if the blueberries were not frozen, two ice cubes. 5. Cucumber smoothie with avocado and apple
– One or two smaller cucumbers
– A few leaves of greens
– A ripe avocado
– A green or yellow apple
– A kiwi
– Ice cubes
– A little ground cinnamon
Method of preparation:
Peel the cucumber and put it in the blender or smoothie maker. Add to it the kiwi fruit, cleaned and cut into pieces, avocado, cleaned and cut into pieces or scooped with a spoon, chopped greens, cubed or quartered apples, then ice. Mix at full speed.
